Site Manager – Bury St Edmunds

We're working with a well-established residential developer based in Suffolk, delivering high-quality new build housing across the region.

They're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development in Bury St Edmunds, running the day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Ensuring programme, quality and health & safety standards are maintained
• Liaising with the commercial and technical teams
• Reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager
• Overseeing snagging and plot handovers to a high standard

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build schemes
• SMSTS and First Aid certificates
• CSCS card (Black or Gold)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on, quality-focused approach
