Site Manager | Rayleigh | Temp to Perm | 5-Year Project

We're recruiting a Site Manager for a major £85M Department for Education project in Rayleigh — a five-year build offering real long-term security and a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person. 

The role:

• Running day-to-day site operations as number one
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Keeping the project on programme, on budget and to quality
• Managing H&S and CDM compliance throughout
• Client-facing — progress meetings and reporting
• Snagging, inspections and handover

What we're looking for:

• Proven Site Manager experience running your own site
• Department for Education / school construction experience essential
• Strong on programme, quality and H&S
• SMSTS and CSCS essential
• First Aid
