Site Manager

Are you a Construction or Package Manager with a trades background in joinery or interior fit-out? Do you want to play a key role on one of the UK's most prestigious construction projects?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 principal contractor delivering a landmark £300 million mixed-use leisure development. This flagship scheme includes a world-class stadium/arena alongside a premium hotel, offering the opportunity to work on a project that will redefine the local skyline and leave a lasting legacy.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction or Package Manager to take ownership of the joinery and fit-out packages, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme delivery, and health & safety.

You'll be responsible for managing key internal packages from pre-start through to handover, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, and maintaining exceptional quality standards on a high-profile development.

Depending on your experience, you'll be focused on either:

• Premium hotel fit-out and finishes.
• Stadium/arena internal fit-out

• Manage the delivery of joinery and fit-out packages on site.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and drive productivity.
• Work closely with design, commercial and project delivery teams.
• Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• A trades background, ideally in joinery or carpentry.
• Experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager or Senior Site Manager on major construction projects.
• Proven delivery of internal fit-out or finishing packages.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or established main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with a passion for delivering quality.
