Currently in the market for onsite Site Manager on a retail project in Westfield, White City. The scheme is a strip out and fit out of a restaurant/retail space. The contractor has already won a lots of work in the shopping centre and this will be the first scheme in a long run of works.

You'll be reporting to an visiting Project Manager who will allow you to run the site autonomously and check in with you once a week.

The initial scheme is £650K for 12 weeks work and includes full strip out and fit out. The interview process will start ASAP.

Responsibilities for the role of Site Manager

As a Site Manager we need someone one to monitor site progress and report to the visiting Project Manager. With the shopping centre still being fully functional it is crucial that the site is clean and tidy to pedestrians and most importantly SAFE.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience working on retail fit out projects
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• 2 references
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Managers position

What's on offer:

• Day rate between £300-350 DOE
• Opportunity for continuous work with the same contractor
