We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman / Site Manager for an immediate start on an ongoing groundworks and civil engineering project in Mansfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day groundworks operations on site.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
• Coordinating with clients, engineers, and project management.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance.
• Completing site records and reporting progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman or Site Manager.
• Strong background in groundworks, roads & sewers, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete works.
• Valid SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work (preferred).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
