Site Manager - Freelance (PAYE ONLY)

Site Manager - Coventry - 3 Weeks

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, social housing, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a background in social housing, for the next 3 weeks in Coventry.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on social housing projects before and due to client payment methods this role will be P.A.Y.E ONLY.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets..
• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
