Site Manager – Cramlington Hospital, Northumberland
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee electrical refurbishment works at Cramlington Hospital.
Location:
Northumbria Way, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 6NZ
Duration:
- Start: 13th July
- Finish: 7th August
Hours:
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Some flexibility with start and finish times
Pay:
- Up to £32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Paid weekly via CIS or PAYE Umbrella
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day electrical refurbishment activities
- Coordinating labour and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
- Maintaining quality and programme targets
- Reporting progress to the project team
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
