Job Title: NVQ Level 6 Site Manager – Solar Farm Project
Location: Berkeley, Gloucestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months+
Employment Type: Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced NVQ Level 6 Site Manager to join a busy solar farm project based in Berkeley, Gloucestershire. This is an immediate start with a minimum contract duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Coordinate site activities and maintain project programmes.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and inductions.
  • Liaise with the client, engineers, and project management team.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (Essential)
  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid CSCS Black Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Previous experience managing solar farm, renewable energy, or large civil engineering projects is desierable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to start immediately.
