we're working with a well-established regional contractor known for delivering high-end residential and super-prime homes across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Their work is focused on bespoke private residences with projects typically ranging from £1m to £3m.

Following the award of several new schemes, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a single super-prime residential project in Reading. Acting as the No.2 on site, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of a one-off private home, helping to coordinate trades, manage programme and maintain the high standards expected on a quality-led build.

This role will suit someone who enjoys the detail of bespoke construction, takes pride in running an organised site, and understands the level of finish required on high-end residential projects.

What They're Looking For

• Experience working on high-end residential or bespoke private build projects
• Good all-round site management skills, including subcontractor coordination, quality control and health & safety
• A practical, organised approach with the confidence to keep things moving on site
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both trades and professional teams
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
