Site Manager – Commercial Refurbishment

Rate: £500 per shift
Start: Tonight
Duration: 3 nights
Hours: 9:00pm – 5:00am (likely earlier finishes)

Henley Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Central London.

This is an immediate opportunity for a Site Manager who is comfortable managing trades and coordinating works during night shifts.

The Role

• Managing and supervising tradesmen on site

• Overseeing works on a commercial refurbishment

• Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard

• Coordinating the workforce and keeping the project running efficiently

• Dealing with any issues that arise during the shift

• Maintaining site standards and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS certificate – essential

• Previous Site Manager experience

• Commercial refurbishment experience

• Confident managing multiple trades on site

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Reliable and available for all 3 nights

• Ability to work independently and manage site operations effectively
