Site Manager

🚨 SITE MANAGER – LONDON BRIDGE | £100M COMMERCIAL OFFICE PROJECT 🚨

A leading Main Contractor / Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external elements, RC frame and enabling works, helping drive this major commercial office project out of the ground.

📍 Location: London Bridge, London
💼 Role: Site Manager – Externals / RC Frame / Enabling Works

Key requirements:

• Strong large-scale commercial experience is essential

• Proven experience managing RC frame, structures, externals and enabling works

• Experience around façades on major commercial schemes would be highly desirable

• Strong Main Contractor background, ideally within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment

• Comfortable working within Tier 1-style systems, processes and reporting structures

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from the ground-up

• Permanent position – freelance candidates will not be considered

• Candidates must demonstrate stable 2–3 year tenures within comparable Main Contractor environments
