We require an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy, large-scale housing development in Steyning.
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and trades, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with site health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- CSCS card
- Proven Site Manager experience on large residential/housing developments
- Strong health & safety and subcontractor management experience
