Our client, a regional Main Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, on a new build bungalow project inĀ Darlington. The project will involveĀ the managing the continuation of a high value new build,Ā startingĀ 10/08Ā and the duration is for at least 4 weeks .Ā 

Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have previous relevant new build residential experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS card
  • 3-day First Aid
