Site Manager Housing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established regional contractor on a housing project in Hirwaun.

The development is entering its final stages, and we are looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the finishing phase, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and handed over efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the completion of plots through the final fixtures and fittings stage
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
• Driving quality standards and snagging activities
• Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
• Liaising with customers, contractors and the wider project team
• Supporting smooth plot handovers and achieving programme targets

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing residential housing developments
• Strong finishing and snagging experience
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to start immediately
