I'm working with a leading passive fire protection contractor who requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a project in Bodmin.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and labour
  • Ensure H&S compliance
  • Liaise with the Project Manager and client
  • Drive programme and quality standards
  • Oversee passive fire protection works within occupied buildings

Requirements

  • Proven Site Manager experience
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Experience delivering passive fire/fire stopping projects (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
