Site Manager in West Midlands

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for consistent, long-term work within the Midlands area.

The Role:

• Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
• Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and specialist operatives.
• Managing concrete repair and structural repair works.
• Overseeing waterproofing and below-ground waterproofing systems.
• Managing concrete preparation, breakout, and repair works.
• Overseeing application of specialist repair mortars, coatings, and protection systems.
• Ensuring waterproofing systems are installed correctly and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitoring quality, workmanship, and progress throughout the project.
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and within agreed requirements.
• Liaising with clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining accurate site records.
• Managing health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Black Card
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong concrete repairing and waterproofing background.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, civils or specialist repair.
