We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to run a timber frame housing development in Hereford. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, ideal for a Site Manager who can hit the ground running on a fast-paced residential project.

Key Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of a timber frame housing site

• Oversee timber frame erection and all follow-on trades

• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily activities

• Ensure H&S compliance in line with site and company standards

• Maintain programme, quality, and productivity

• Liaise with senior management and report on site progress

• Drive the project through to successful completion

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on residential housing projects

• Timber frame experience essential

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Hands-on, proactive approach to site management

• Reliable transport to Hereford
