Site Manager

ITS Construction is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a shop fit-out project in Birmingham city centre.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a small fit-out project, working independently during the first week while carrying out and overseeing:

• Partitioning
• Carpentry works
• Demolition
• General site management and coordination
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Previous shop fit-out experience (essential)
• Strong carpentry background
• Valid SMSTS certificate
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Ability to work independently and manage site operations
