Leeds | £50,000 - £60,000 + Package

An established and fast-growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Leeds.

You'll initially be responsible for managing the internal fit out on a 32-storey tower, working alongside an experienced project team to deliver the project through to completion. With approximately nine months remaining, this role offers excellent continuity, with a further project in Leeds already secured for the successful candidate. The contractor has a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and continues to expand across the North. 

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations during the internal fit out phase.

• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Drive health & safety across site.

• Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain.

• Ensure programme milestones are achieved.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.

• Experience delivering high-rise residential, student accommodation or mixed-use developments.

• Strong fit out experience is essential.

• Excellent health & safety awareness.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary
