Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Salary: £60k - £65k + package (maybe more depending on experience)
Sector: Super prime / High end residential

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the Thames Valley that specializes in delivery of high end, private client, residential builds across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work underneath a Project Manager on a £2m extension and refurbishment of a private property in Henley-on-Thames.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid

• At least 3 years experience working as a Site Manager on high end residential projects
