Lemon Drizzle Recruitment are exclusively supporting a growing contractor delivering social housing regeneration, refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation projects across the North East.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their operational team.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining project performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials
• Driving programme delivery and productivity
• Maintaining exceptional Health & Safety standards
• Managing quality inspections and defect resolution
• Building strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
• Supporting efficient project delivery and cost control

About You

We're keen to speak with Site Managers who have experience within:

• Social Housing Refurbishment
• Planned Maintenance
• Decent Homes Programmes
• Regeneration
• Retrofit & Decarbonisation
• Main Contracting

You'll be a strong communicator and leader with a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to Health & Safety and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
