Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction teams and specialist subcontractors, ensuring quality is kept at high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate teams and specialist sub-contractors to ensure the project adheres to timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage daily operations to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Attend progress meetings if needed, providing updates and reports to Senior Management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Abilities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
