Site Manager required in Nottingham - Long term ongoing project
MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.
Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.
Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.
General duties will include but are not limited to:
- General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
- On site co-ordination of labour
- Ensuring company procedures are followed.
This is a long term ongoing position.
As a Site Manager you must have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid First aid at work
- In date SMSTS
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes
- Strong communication skills
