Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the safe and efficient delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency works across occupied social housing properties
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure works comply with standards and current Building Regulations
  • Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, health & safety
  • Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Resident Liaison Officers and project teams to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Attend client and internal progress meetings
  • Ensure resident concerns and complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, refurbishment or property maintenance
  • Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects (highly desirable)
  • Good understanding of PAS2030, PAS2035 and Building Regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM requirements
  • Strong IT skills and experience maintaining project records
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence & live commutable to work across Exeter and surrounding areas
