Description
- Manage social housing planned works and refurbishment programmes.
- Lead subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Ensure works are delivered on programme, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Coordinate materials, resources and site logistics.
- Monitor project performance against programme milestones and KPIs.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Attend progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all projects.
Profile
Essential
- Experience managing refurbishment, maintenance or planned works projects.
- Social housing, housing association or local authority experience.
- Experience leading site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid Qualification.
