A leading national contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee social housing planned works and refurbishment projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. Our client is a nationally recognised contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, regeneration, retrofit and property services projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to strengthen their operational management team with the appointment of a Site Manager.

Description

    • Manage social housing planned works and refurbishment programmes.
    • Lead subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
    • Ensure works are delivered on programme, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
    • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
    • Coordinate materials, resources and site logistics.
    • Monitor project performance against programme milestones and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
    • Attend progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
    • Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all projects.

Profile



Essential

  • Experience managing refurbishment, maintenance or planned works projects.
  • Social housing, housing association or local authority experience.
  • Experience leading site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid Qualification.
