The Project:
£15 Million luxury refurbishment in West London.
This prestigious development involves the complete transformation of a prime residential property and includes:
- Basement excavation
- Major structural alterations
- New roof construction
- Full internal refurbishment
- High-end luxury fit out and finishes
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, workmanship and programme targets are achieved.
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and design team.
- Monitor project progress, manage RFIs and resolve on-site technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations.
- Drive quality assurance throughout the project, carrying out inspections and ensuring all works are completed to specification and client expectations.

- A construction-related degree would be advantageous but isn't essential for candidates with the right experience and attitude.
Salary & Package
- £50,000–£80,000 depending on experience
