Site Manager |South Yorkshire | £45k - £55k + Package

We're currently working with a well-established regional main contractor to recruit a Site Manager to deliver a live education project in South Yorkshire.

The contractor has an excellent reputation for delivering education, healthcare and public sector schemes to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of an education project from site through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high quality
• Managing site health & safety, quality inspections and programme performance
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager, client and design team throughout the project
• Maintaining site records and ensuring compliance with all project requirements

What You'll Need;

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Experience delivering education, healthcare or public sector projects would be advantageous
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
