Site Manager (Nights) – Chorley – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a project based in Chorley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused individual with experience working on National Highways schemes.

Location: Chorley
Shift Pattern: Nights
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £300–£350 per shift (DOE)

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on highways or civil engineering projects
• Experience working on National Highways projects preferred
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid First Aid at Work
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing night shift site operations
• Supervising subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Conducting site briefings and maintaining site records
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity throughout the shift
