Site Manager in London, Greater London

Location: North West London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package
Start: ASAP

We are working with an established main contractor to appoint an experienced Internals Site Manager to join a high-value development project in North West London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and coordination of the internal works and finishing packages, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internals Site Manager with a strong background in residential or mixed-use developments, internal packages and finishing to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of future projects.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of internal works and finishing packages across the development
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and site teams
• Monitor progress against programme and ensure key internal milestones are achieved
• Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and specifications
• Carry out regular quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging
• Coordinate materials, deliveries and internal logistics
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and client team
• Monitor workmanship and proactively address quality or programme issues
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Internals Manager or Finishing Manager
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments
• Experience managing internal works and finishing packages
• Previous experience working for a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of internal construction sequencing and finishing
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and specialist trades
• Strong understanding of quality control, snagging and handover
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Relevant construction qualification
