Job Title: Site Manager

Project: Gym Refurbishment

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a gym.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with the client, suppliers, and project team as required.
• Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within programme.

Requirements

• SMSTS qualification (essential).
• First Aid at Work certificate (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Ideally have experience delivering similar gym or leisure refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme.
