Job Title: Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out

Salary: £280 - £300

Optio Resourcing is working with a leading retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to run live retail construction projects across Scotland.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment projects from mobilisation to handover
- Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site safety
- Liaising directly with client stakeholders and store operations teams
- Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specification
- Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required
About You:
- Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), and First Aid at Work essential
- Strong programme and subcontractor management skills
- Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across Scotland
