Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out

Optio Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a retail fit-out contractor delivering projects across the North East.
The Role:
- Running retail construction/fit-out projects on-site from start to finish
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and delivery schedules
- Acting as main point of contact for client and store teams on site
- Driving H&S standards and quality control
- Managing store handovers within tight, live-trading timescales
About You:
- Site management background in retail construction/fit-out
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), First Aid at Work required
- Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
- Full UK driving licence, mobile across the North East
