Site Manager - Passive Fire Protection

An established contractor operating within the fire protection and compliance sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale projects from mobilisation through to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing construction, fire protection, or compliance-focused projects and will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, fire protection, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems, fire doors, compartmentation, and fire stopping.
• Experience managing projects valued in the millions.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong reporting, planning, and organisational skills.
• Relevant industry qualifications desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Take ownership of multiple projects from start to finish.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project performance.
• Manage quality assurance and audit processes.
• Produce progress reports and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and best practice.
