Site Managers required for a hotel refurbishment in the Windsor area.

This high spec refurbishment includes both internals / externals and the wider estate.

The Hotel is set within a large estate and we will be looking for up to 3 Site Managers to work on various areas across the project.

Ideally looking for Site Managers who have previously worked on high end hotels and have experience of working in ‘live’ environments.

As well as seeking Site Managers to work on the internals / externals of the hotel we would also be keen to speak to Site Managers who have previous experience building outdoor swimming pools and/or sports courts such as tennis courts / paddle courts etc.

The job will run for circa 15 months with possible follow on and applicants will need to have relevant certification such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
