An excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a joinery and commercial fit out background to join a well-established specialist contractor, with quick, structured progression into Contracts or Project Management.

The company is a privately owned specialist contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering exceptional fit out projects across the hospitality, restaurant and commercial sectors. With a strong reputation for high-quality workmanship and reliable project delivery, they specialise in complex projects within live environments where attention to detail, organisation and client experience are critical.

In this role you will oversee projects from concept through to completion with duties including, liaising with clients, update project schedules, organising subcontract labour and ensuring safe building.

The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience, a strong joinery background and experience delivering commercial fit out or shopfitting projects.

The Role:
* Overseeing projects from initial concept through to successful completion
* Managing a variety of commercial, retail and hospitality fit out projects across the UK
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, depending on experience and capability
* Supporting the commercial management and cost control of projects through to final accounts
* Regularly visiting and overseeing sites, predominantly across London

The Person:
* Previous experience managing commercial fit out, shopfitting or similar projects
* Strong joinery or carpentry background
* Experience working in live environments is desirable
* Ambitious and motivated to progress into Contracts or Project Management
* Full UK driving licence and based within a commutable distance of Poole
