HVAC Site/Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site / Project Manager to join our small growing team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork, with experience delivering commercial projects across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
- Attending site and client meetings
- Managing project programmes, budgets and procurement
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven HVAC Project Management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience producing and reviewing:
- RAMS
- QA/QC documentation
- Technical submittals
- Strong pre-construction experience, including design reviews, value engineering and consultant coordination
