We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering works on a major industrial and logistics development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across large-scale industrial projects.

• Managing day-to-day site operations and site teams
• Overseeing specialist construction packages from inception through to completion
• Planning and coordinating concrete pours and associated activities
• Managing subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
• Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety audits
• Liaising with the main contractor, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution centre projects
• Strong background managing concrete works, including large-scale concrete pours
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
