Site Manager Refurb

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager in Cardiff who has Refurbishment experience. 

Key Responsibilites - 

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects from commencement through to completion.
• Plan and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
