We’re recruiting an experienced Flat Roofing Site Manager to join a specialist roofing contractor, overseeing projects across London.
You’ll manage day-to-day site delivery, ensuring works progress safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee flat roofing installations through to completion.
- Manage roofing teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics.
- Check workmanship against drawings and specifications.
- Manage health and safety, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Liaise with clients and main contractors, providing progress updates.
- Oversee quality inspections, snagging and handover.
- Previous Site Manager or Supervisor experience within flat roofing.
- Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems and installation methods.
- Confident managing teams and coordinating site activities.
- Good communication skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
- Ideally hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
- Full UK driving licence.
