RGsetsquaee is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major Heat Pump Installation Project within a live hospital environment in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong M&E background who can safely manage site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery whilst working in a complex, operational healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site activities and site teams
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and hospital representatives
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Minimise disruption within the live hospital environment
- Monitor and manage project risks and site logistics
Essential Requirements
✅ Must live within a commutable distance of London and be available for daily site attendance
✅ Proven experience managing M&E projects, ideally HVAC, Building Services, or Heat Pump installations
✅ Current:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
✅ Strong understanding of Health & Safety management and contractor coordination
✅ Experience working in live or occupied environments
Desirable Requirements
- Previous NHS or healthcare project experience
- Mechanical or Building Services background
- Heat Pump installation experience
- Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor accreditation
- Hot Works certification or experience managing hot works permits
- Experience overseeing stainless steel pipework installation and welding activities
