£250-£300 Per Day

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing commercial contractor on an exciting fitout project, with the potential for further work as the business continues to expand.

Do you have Site Management experience within commercial construction or fitout? Are you looking for a contract role where you can take ownership of a project and work closely with a growing business?

This well-established contractor specialises in the new build and refurbishment of commercial properties, whilst also providing project management and cost control services throughout the project lifecycle. With the business continuing to grow, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a key project.

The role is fully site based, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a commercial fitout project. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site operations, oversee health and safety, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will have Site Management experience within commercial construction or fitout projects. Experience working on self-storage projects would be beneficial but is by no means essential.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day running of a commercial fitout project
• Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries and site activities
• Maintaining health & safety, RAMS and daily site checks
• Working closely with the Director to ensure successful project delivery
• Site-based contract role

The Person:

• Site Management experience within commercial construction or fitout
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site operations
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude
