Are you a Site Manager (Progression to Project / Contracts Manager) looking for clear Career Progression into a senior delivery role? Do you have a joinery/carpentry background and enjoy fast-paced, high-end fit out projects?

This is a permanent opportunity with a privately owned main contractor where you'll be trusted to deliver projects end-to-end, with the structure to step up into Project or Contracts Management as the business grows.

You'll join an established shopfitting and fit out specialist delivering hospitality and restaurant projects across the UK (predominantly London), known for quality workmanship and diverse, individual projects.

In this role you will manage site delivery, subcontractors, variations and programme updates, while liaising closely with the in-house joinery workshop and wider project team.

This role suits a Site Manager who wants to step up into Project / Contracts Management and take on more responsibility, autonomy, and ownership of bigger projects.

The Role:

• Deliver fit out / shopfitting projects from job win through to completion
• UK projects (predominantly London), working closely with the joinery workshop and subcontract packages
• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The Person:

• Site Manager experience within commercial fit out / shopfitting environments
• Carpentry / joinery background plus CSCS
• SMSTS and strong communication / deadline-driven approach
