Are you a Site Manager from a High End Residential background looking to run prestigious projects for a well-established, family-run contractor with clear progression and fully-funded training?

On offer is a long-term, permanent position within a highly regarded construction business working on high end residential projects typically valued at up to £7m. You'll be backed with any tickets needed for the role and a structured development plan with clear progression routes into Senior Site Manager, Project Management and beyond.

This company has been established for decades and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality on prestigious residential builds. Due to continued success and growth plans, they are now looking to add an experienced Site Manager to support ongoing projects.

In this role you will be site-based, with initial snagging across two additional projects, driving subcontractors, running inductions, coordinating site meetings, managing labour, overseeing inspections, and planning 6 weeks ahead whilst working closely with the Project Manager and wider supply chain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to take ownership of premium residential projects, develop long-term, and progress within a quality-led contractor.

The Role:

• Site Manager for high end residential projects across the South of England
• Site-based role with snagging support across two additional projects
• Manage subcontractors/labour, inductions, site meetings and inspections
• Programme management: plan and monitor progress, looking 6 weeks ahead
• Drive safety, quality and compliance on site in line with procedures

The Person:

• Site Manager with experience delivering High End Residential projects
• SMSTS with strong H&S, quality and team leadership skills
• Full project lifecycle experience: able to take projects through to completion
