Site Manager Required – Immediate Start (Monday 27th July)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an exciting refurbishment project, starting Monday 27th July.

Project: Conversion of a former working men's club into 9 luxury apartments.

Project Duration: 40 weeks

Pay

£250–£280 per shift, depending on experience.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to site management.

Requirements

  • Multi-trade experience (preferred)
  • Strong eye for detail and quality
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Fire Marshal certification
