Site Manager — Roofing & Cladding

Location: Harlow, site based
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience

GeoRoof is seeking a Site Manager with direct roofing and cladding experience to oversee site delivery in Harlow.

You will manage labour, materials and plant, coordinate subcontractors and maintain progress, safety and quality throughout the works.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate site setup, deliveries, access arrangements and subcontract labour.

• Work from drawings, programmes and method statements.

• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks.

• Monitor progress and provide photographic reports and marked-up drawings.

• Coordinate plant requirements, material checks and delivery issues.

• Manage inspections, snagging and handover documentation.

• Liaise with the Operations Director and attend client site meetings as required.

Your experience

You must have direct roofing and cladding experience, proven ability to manage relevant site works, and SMSTS and First Aid at Work certification.

You should be confident coordinating subcontractors, interpreting drawings and managing programme, resources and quality. Industrial or logistics project experience would be advantageous.

Working arrangements

Normal site hours are Monday–Thursday, 07:30–16:30, and Friday, 07:30–13:00. Friday finishing is subject to site labour requirements and Operations Director discretion.
