My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver MEICA works across United Utilities schemes in Manchester. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing MEICA works within the water industry.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day MEICA site operations.
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical and civils works.
- Liaising with United Utilities and the project management team.
- Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
- Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Monitoring quality and progress against programme.
Site Manager Requirements:
- Black or Gold CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- Previous MEICA experience within the water industry.
- Previous experience working on United Utilities schemes.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and civils works.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
