Site Manager – School Refurbishment

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to help on a school refurbishment project.

The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the works across:

• Carpentry
• Brickwork
• Roofing
• 2nd Fix Drylining
• 2nd Fix MEP

Key responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Coordinate trades and sequencing of works
• Maintain site health & safety standards
• Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and client
• Monitor quality and progress throughout the project

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager, ideally on refurbishment or education projects, with strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination. Must have a SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
