The Role

Your initial project will be a £6 million roofing refurbishment scheme across seven residential blocks, where you'll take responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Following this project, you'll move onto further secured works within the framework, providing continuity and long-term career prospects.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Background in social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
