Sphere Solutions

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to join a busy and expanding construction programme delivering refurbishment, maintenance and improvement works across a portfolio of holiday parks and resorts nationwide.

These roles would suit experienced Site Managers who have progressed from a carpentry or joinery background and have a strong understanding of construction, refurbishment and finishing works.

The projects will be delivered across various locations throughout the UK, so candidates must be comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away from home when required. There may also be occasions where weekend working is necessary, depending on project programmes and client requirements.

Initially, the positions can be offered on a freelance basis at £300 per shift, with the potential for successful candidates to move into a permanent position. Long-term freelancers will also be considered for candidates who prefer to remain freelance.

Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and labour requirements.

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained.

Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team.

Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress, issues and requirements.
