Site Manager in Upper Arley, Worcestershire

Location: Trimpley Water Treatment Works
Project: Roofing Works
Contract: Temporary / Freelance

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a specialist contractor delivering roofing works at Trimpley Water Treatment Works.

The successful candidate will supervise the day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project management team, client and subcontractors to coordinate labour, materials and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing works and site activities.
• Manage site operatives and subcontractors.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Monitor quality and progress throughout the project.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Complete site documentation and daily records.
• Liaise with the client and wider project team.
• Ensure all works are completed to programme.

Requirements

• Previous Site Supervisor/Site Manager experience.
• Experience working within water treatment or similar regulated environments.
• SMSTS – essential.
• CSCS – essential.
• First Aid – essential.
• Water Hygiene Card – essential.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and site compliance.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
